I went through the same thing.. My ex had money and I didnt so he got custody of out daughter.This is after we got our divorce and I got her but when he got a new girlfriend that all changed.The lawyer I had gotten was no help at all. So I sit here with out my daughter and my ex tells me what I can and cant do.. I have recently moved 2 hours from where I was living and he now says I CANT bring my daughter to my new home..Why not if I go pick her up and bring her back.. Not like it is costing him money.I want to fight for my daughter but I work at KFC so I dont make much money.

I fought for my son in court for 2 yrs against his dad.I lost and got shared parenting,which really bites.My attorney quit and because my ex husband had an attorney bought and paid for he won residential parenting of my son.I went o tpick him up for my visit 2 weekends ago and he was complainin bout his arm hurting,I took him to the hospital,my babies arm was broke.My ex husband never came home from work to take him to the hospital so my son sat there in pain from 3pm until 8:30 pm when i was able to pick him up.Do I have any rights as a mother anymore?I always thought the child always stayed with the mother unless found unfit,I wasnt.It was the money that I didnt have that cost me my son
